By engaging with our platform and paying for any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Our counselling fees cover the professional time and proprietary assessment tools used by our experts. The following rules apply:
If a student withdraws their admission, the refund of tuition fees paid to the institution will be processed according to the following timeline (calculated from the date of admission):

For vocational and industry-aligned skill programs managed by VisuiQ:
Pre-Batch Launch: If you withdraw before the batch officially starts, a full refund (minus a ₹1,000 processing fee) will be issued.
Post-Batch Launch: If the program has started, refunds are prorated based on the number of modules accessed. No refunds are issued after 25% of the course duration has passed.
